“Discreet delivery” is not a complete specification. Check the outer packaging, the name on the shipping label, payment descriptions and whether an extra privacy option must be selected at checkout.
Break the promise into separate questions
A plain parcel and a neutral sender label are different things. A payment record is separate again. If privacy is an important part of your purchase, ask about each element rather than assuming one statement covers all three.
Also consider who can see delivery notifications and where the parcel will be received. Choose a collection or delivery arrangement that suits your circumstances, using the options the retailer actually provides.
Two published policies, different details
| Retailer | What its published information says | Check before paying |
|---|---|---|
| Wanta | Describes opaque bags or boxes without adult-content identification; lists delivery and collection options. | Available options for your address and the exact billing descriptor. |
| Hello Nancy | Describes plain standard outer packaging and an optional discreet-shipping upgrade with neutral labels. | Whether the upgrade is available and selected for your order. |
These are summaries of merchant statements checked on 3 October 2026, not independent parcel tests or privacy guarantees. Read the linked policy and confirm any critical detail with the retailer.
Questions you can copy to a retailer
- What business name appears on the parcel label?
- Does the outer packaging identify the product category?
- What description appears on the payment record?
- Is discreet packaging standard or an optional extra?
- Can this order be collected instead of delivered?
Keep the reply with your order record. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information just to ask a general packaging question.
